The crème
A crème dosed straight out of the pen through a chrome applicator, so it is not sitting open in a jar between uses. It is built around the skin under the eye: the thinnest skin on the face, the one that moves all day and shows tiredness first.
630 nm red light
630 nm is the red-light wavelength used in at-home light devices for the face. It is light, not heat: nothing warms up, nothing abrades. In this pen the light sits in the same head as the applicator, so it runs while you are working the crème in.
EMS microcurrent
Low-level microcurrent is the same principle as the devices used in professional in-office facials: gentle pulses that work on the ring of muscle under the eye rather than on the surface. Five intensity levels, so you start on the lowest.
Three steps, sixty seconds

1. Dispense
Press the tube gently to release the crème through the chrome applicator.

2. Activate and glide
Press the button to start the microcurrent and the light, then glide outward in slow motions for about sixty seconds.

3. Absorb
Pat whatever is left in with your ring finger. Use it daily — it is the routine that does the work, not one session.
Inside the applicator
The head carries three things at once: the red light, the microcurrent contacts and the opening the crème comes through. That is why one pass does the job of three separate steps, and why the crème goes on with even pressure instead of being patted in with a fingertip.
