This website is operated by Zyvko. By using this site you agree to the terms below.
1. Products and prices
- Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required.
- Product images are indicative: colours can look slightly different from screen to screen.
- We may change prices and limit quantities per order at any time.
2. Orders
An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock, and we refund the full amount if we do.
3. Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. After that the order is already in preparation and cannot be cancelled; you can still return it under our 30-day refund policy.
4. Use of the products
Our products are ordinary consumer goods. They are not medical devices: they do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always follow the instructions supplied with the product.
5. Intellectual property
The Zyvko name, texts and images on this site belong to Zyvko and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
